Refund Policy - the basics

A Refund Policy is a legally binding document that establishes the terms between Stef and The City LLC and our clients regarding how and when refunds will be provided. Because our services involve dedicated time, professional expertise, and digital materials, refunds are handled according to the specific terms below.

Service-Based Work

Applies to: Resume Writing, Interview Coaching, Mock Interviews, Cover Letters, LLC Registration Support, Credit Education.

Refunds are generally not offered once a service has been delivered or a session has taken place.


Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will receive a full reschedule at no charge.


Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may forfeit the session fee or incur a rescheduling fee.


If Stef and The City LLC cancels a scheduled session, the client will receive a full refund or a rescheduled session at their discretion.

Digital Products

Applies to: Ebooks (e.g., Uptown Financial: A Guide to Credit Literacy), DIY Credit Toolkits, Dispute Templates, and all downloadable materials

  • All digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed

  • If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, contact info@stefandthecity.net immediately and we will resolve it promptly

Notary Services

  • Notary service fees are non-refundable once the notarization has been completed

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full reschedule

 

Packages

  • Package purchases are non-refundable once any component of the package has been initiated or delivered

  • Unused components of a package may be rescheduled but not refunded
